Florida CAM License Classes in Ft Myers, Naples, Sarasota
Get your Florida CAM License at LarsonEd
Utilizing 30 years of real estate training and professional education experience, Larson Educational Services http://www.larsoned.com/ is the premier provider of Florida real estate, CAM and Mortgage Loan Originator licensing, exam preparation, post-licensing, and continuing education in Florida.
We offer the 18 Hour Florida CAM License Course in a two-day format in Sarasota, Fort Myers and Naples. Tuition is $249 and includes all course materials and all State Exam Prep materials!
A Florida CAM License is required when managing an association of more than 10 units and/or has an annual budget in excess of $100,000. Types of properties that hire CAM License holders are mobile home parks, planned unit developments, homeowners associations, cooperatives, timeshares, condominiums, or other residential units which which are authorized to impose a fee that may become a lien on the parcel.
Typical responsibilities of a Florida CAM Licensee are 1) controlling or disbursing association funds; 2) determining how or when to prepare budgets or other financial documents for an association; 3) determining how or when to provide notice of meetings or to conduct association meetings; 4) maintaining and/or having authorization to spend association petty cash; 5) coordinating maintenance for the residential development; and 6) performing other day-to-day services involved with the operation of a community association.

Florida 14 Hour Real Estate Continuing Education
Larson Educational Services will be holding several two-day workshops for licensed real estate professionals to complete 14 hours of continuing education credits to maintain their state licenses.
The course covers the most recent legislative changes to Florida law and FREC rule changes, as well as new information on property tax bills, mortgage debt forgiveness, short sales, and more.
