2015 CAM License Course Dates and Times

December 5 and 6 (Weekend) Naples

CAM License Course is the 18-hour required education (License #PRE31) to obtain your Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license. You’ll learn about the Florida CAM licensing requirements, CAM responsibilities, and CAM liabilities and standards of conduct.

A Florida CAM License is required when managing an association of more than 10 units and/or has an annual budget in excess of $100,000. Types of properties that hire CAM License holders are mobile home parks, planned unit developments, homeowners associations, cooperatives, timeshares, condominiums, or other residential units which are authorized to impose a fee that may become a lien on the parcel.

DBPR License Requirement:You must have been active as a Sales Associate with a Florida Broker for 2 out of the previous 5 years to upgrade to a Broker License, or been licensed in another state for 2 out of the previous 5 years.

We also have an online Broker Licensing Course if you are unable to attend our classroom courses in Southwest Florida.

Weekday Classes: 9 days from 8:30am to 4:30pm

WEEK 1: Monday-Friday, WEEK 2: Monday-Wednesday and Final Exam on Friday at 1pm

Weekend Classes: 9 days from 8:30am to 4:30pm

WEEKENDS 1-4: Saturday-Sunday, WEEKEND 5: Final Exam on Saturday at 1pm

Evening Classes: 17 evenings from 6:15pm-9:45pm

WEEKS 1-4: Monday-Thursday, WEEK 5: Final Exam on Tuesday at 6:15pm

  1. Will anyone else help you make the buying decision? If yes, who?
