We just received word from the Florida DBPR that our 16-Hour Community Association Manager (CAM) Pre-License Course is now approved for 8 hours of specialty real estate continuing education credit (FREC #0022681).

That means that students with a Florida real estate license can now simultaneously get their CAM license and complete part of their real estate CE requirement*. There is no extra tuition charge for doing this with LarsonEd. The CAM license course is still $289 whether you need the real estate CE or not. What a great deal!

*CE credit cannot be applied to a CAM class that has already been attended. Credit can only be applied to CAM classes taken AFTER 10/14/19.
