As a business owner, it is always satisfying to get outstanding feedback from one of our customers. Carolyn Simoneau of Cape Coral, FL is one such customer. We first saw Carolyn in March 2009 at one of our monthly Real Estate Career Nights where she learned about the steps involved in obtaining a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License, as well as how to package herself for success in the real estate industry.
Carolyn took the information she heard and hit the ground running. She immediately signed up for our 63-Hour Real Estate Sales Associate License Course at our Naples location. After completing the course and the final exam, she attended our One-Day License Exam Preparation Course where she learned the test taking tips and strategies for the state exam. A couple days later, she passed the state exam with flying colors. Within a couple months of obtaining her license, Carolyn took our advice and came back to see us as soon as possible for her 45 Hours of Post-License Education.
In this class she learned all about the sales and marketing aspects of the real estate business, as well as time management skills and business plan development strategies. A go-getter from the start, Carolyn took what she learned in the classroom and combined that with her past sales experience and turned it into a phenomenal first 5 months in the business!

ABOUT CAROLYN SIMONEAU
Carolyn lives in Cape Coral, FL with her husband, John Simoneau (a recent graduate of Larson Educational Services as well!) John is also a fishing guide in Southwest Florida and you can checkout his fishing adventure services at Fish Till You Drop Charters.
Carolyn was raised on the beautiful shores of Englewood Beach and the Gulf of Mexico was her backyard growing up. Her parents owned and operated a small hotel called “JADE WEST”. She has since lived in many other areas of the country, but there is nowhere more like home to her than sunny Southwest Florida!
A go-getter from the start, Carolyn has been in sales all her life. She owned and operated a large, higher end retail furniture store with design services for 13 years in Alpharetta, GA. Back home now in Southwest Florida, she has put her sales and design background to work finding people the home of their dreams! She is an avid golfer and fisherman and belongs to the EWGA (Executive Woman’s Golf Association) and the Fort Myers Beach Tarpon Hunters Club. Carolyn is an animal lover and enjoys oil painting in her free time.
