In this power-packed course, students will learn the practical and legal aspects of leasing and managing single-family and small residential investment properties. The course includes detailed coverage of 15 property management laws, including –Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, Property Management Escrow Accounts, and Vacation Rentals.

Additionally, this program will help students with the issues of leasing and managing residential properties. You will be introduced to the roles of a property manager including:
